Conférence: Interacting Factors in Grammaticalization: Source, Usage in Context, Paradigm

In my talk I want to investigate the interaction of three factors in grammaticalization and semantic change that are sometimes seen as mutually exclusive: source determination, usage in context and paradigm integration. The aim is to offer a first outlook at what an integrated approach including all of these factors could look like and how it helps us accounting for already attested phenomena in grammaticalization.
