I am a 25-year-old student at the University of Cologne. I am currently studying a MA Linguistics and additionally a 2-subject MA in Rehabilitation Sciences of People with Hearing Impairments and Adult Education/ Continuing Education. In my BA, I also studied educational science and linguistics at the University of Cologne.

Through my two master's subjects, I am especially interested in the situation and communication of people with hearing impairments and sign languages. In general, my linguistics studies were focused on multilingualism, multimodality and language acquisition. Through my work as a research assistant (WHB) at the Mercator Institute at the University of Cologne, I also deal intensively with language diagnostics and language education.
I am fascinated by many facets of linguistics, but my main thematic interests are in the fields of psycho- and neurolinguistics.
