Frisian Workshop
This workshop is an introduction to Frisian, the language spoken in the area where the conference is taking place this year. We will start with a short general introduction about Frisian: where it's spoken, its history and its status as a minority language. Then we'll look at a few outstanding features of the language and compare Frisian to other West-Germanic languages.
