Talk: Gender-Neutral Content for Effective Corporate Communications
The work is focused on the field of corporate communications with a special emphasis on gender-neutrality and inclusivity of content. The aim of the paper was to research and formulate the preliminary principles of devising content for diversity-neutral corporate communications and effective achievement of communication goals in both men and women. Therefor method of content analysis was embraced in the research. The output of the work was a four-criteria assessment scale of gender-neutrality of corporate textual information which was tested on several official announcements of worldwide-known corporations.
