It is funny to admit that, while studying Translation and Interpreting of English and Russian in the University of Granada (Spain), I came to realise that it was actually my native tongue (Spanish) and specially my own dialect (Andalusian) what I really enjoy learning about. This is the reason why I am currently studing a Master's Degree in Higher Studies of the Spanish Language in the University of Granada. Furthermore, thanks to several grants, I had the opportunity to study in the University of Wolverhampton (United Kingdom) for a year and the Lomonosov Moscow State University (Russia) for a semester. Moreover, I have already presented the results of my Final Degree Project in some national conferences. After all, my only aim is to try to contribute to a deeper understanding about the heterogeneity of the Andalusian dialect, which is still pretty stigmatised nowadays.
